Executive Committee Meeting: September 25, 2013
This is to inform to all the members of Executive Committee
of Eshwar Nagar Residents Association that the Executive Committee Meeting will
be held on 25th August at the residence of Sri Srinivas Rao,
President, Eshwar Nagar Resident Association at 7 pm. All the members are requested to be
present in time.

held on 25th August 2013
at the residence of Sri Srinivas Rao, President, Eshwar Nagar Resident Welfare Association.
The meeting started at 7.00 pm
1. Present
Sri K. Srinivas Rao, Prof. Shiv Prasad HG, Sri Harish J Kalmadi,
Sri U Sridhar, Prof. H.K.Vishwanath Rao, Sri Madhavaraya Prabhu Sri H. N
Sheshagiri Rao, Prof. N Yajnesh Sharma, Dr. Sureshramana Mayya, Sri Rajvarma
Ariga, Sri CA Dinakar Shetty, and Dr. Balachandra.

3. Greetings
Sri K Srinivas Rao welcomed the members of
Executive Committee.
4. Contributions by EC Members

Sri K
Srinivas Rao, President of the Association welcomed the members of the
Executive Committee and specially thanked the functionaries for their team
spirit, commitment and dedication. Sri HNS Rao thanked the Treasurer Sri U
Sridhar for the meticulous preparation of accounts with the help of CA Dinakar
Shetty and Sri Ariga.

Mr.
Rao made special mention of the pending work. He mentioned the assurances of local
representative Sri Mahesh Thakur, who assured to finish the work after the
rainy season.
·
The
President made a special mention of the efforts
of Sri HNS Rao in brining the bulletin of the Association. He also mentioned
about the appreciation by Deputy Commissioner for the vibrant work of the
Association.
·
He
also lauded the efforts of Dr. Yjnesh Sharma and his team towards the greening
of Eshwar Nagar. Dr. Sharma took keen interest in the greening Eshwar Nagar and
celebration of Vanamahostava in true spirit. As against the sponsorship of Rs.
5,000, a total of Rs. 8,290 were spent for the Vanamohostava Programme.

The
honorary auditing work of CA Dinakar Shetty was also appreciated in the
Meeting.
·
The
President also made a special mention about the streamlining of accounts,
maintaining of Day Book, systematic preparation of Income and Expenditure
Account, Receipt and Payments Account, Auditing by Qualified Chartered Accountant, etc, which will pay dividend in future.
·
The
preparation for the Annual General Body Meeting to be held on 14th
September, 2013 was also discussed in the meeting. The important matters

Election
of Office Bearer

Appointment

were also discussed at the meeting.
Vote of Thanks – Prof. Shiva Prasad HC thanked the members
for actively participating in the deliberations. He also thanked Mrs. Sandhya Srinivas
Rao for the delicious high tea provided by her. All the family embers of the
Executive Committee Members participated in the meeting.
