Notice of Executive Committee Meeting

This is to inform to all the members of  Executive Committee of Eshwar Nagar Residents Association that the Executive Committee Meeting will be held on 25-01-2014 at  the residence of Dr. Sureshramana Mayya at 7 pm. All the members are requested to be present in time.

Minutes of Executive Committee Meeting held on 25^th January 2014 at the residence of Dr. Mayya

The meeting started at 7.00 pm

1.      Present

3.      Greetings

Prof. H.K.V Rao welcomed the members of Executive Committee.

4.      Review of Civic Works taken up by the Municipality

Mr. Srinivas Rao explained in detail about the development as regards to civic works. Members thanked Srinivas Rao for following up the works in different parts of Eshwar Nagar.

He explained about the visit of Sri Mahesh Thakur to all the areas of Eshwar Nagar with Mr. Srinivas Rao, Dr. Sureshramana Mayya and Dr. Arun Mayya

5.      Excursion

A detailed discussion about the one day excursion was conducted. Many showed interest to visit “Hanuman Gundi” It was decided to collect Rs. 500 per head. Apprehensions were also expressed about the date, which got many functions.

6.      Status of the Newsletter

Dr. N. Y Sharma and Dr. Shivaprasad were requested to finalize the newsletter.

7.      Collection of annual subscription

It was also decided to collect and other subscription from the members. The Treasurer explained the documents

Prof. H. K. V Rao, the President of the Association thanked the members for actively participating in the deliberations. He also thanked Mrs. Mayya for the hospitality.
