Minutes 5^th Executive Committee Meeting on 28^th June 2014 at the residence of Dr. H. J. Gowri

The meeting started at 6.30 pm

1.      Present

Sri K. Prashant Hegde,  Sri K. Srinivas Rao,  Prof. Shiv Prasad HG, , Sri H. N Sheshagiri Rao, Prof. N Yajnesh Sharma, Dr. Sureshramana Mayya, Veerupaksha Devaramane, Sri Srinivasa Poojari,Dr. Arun Maiya.

3.      Greetings

Dr. H. J. Gowri, Vice President of the Association welcomed the members of Executive Committee.

4.      Review of Civic Works taken up by the Municipality

Mr. Srinivas Rao explained in detail about the development as regards to civic works. Members thanked Srinivas Rao for following up the works in different parts of Eshwar Nagar.

5.      Collection of annual subscription

It was also decided to collect and other subscription from the members.

6.      Vote of Thanks – 

Dr. Gowri, Vice- President of the Association thanked the members for actively participating in the deliberations. All the EC members thanked Dr Gowri for the nice hospitality extended to the members.
