Executive Committee Meeting of the Association was held on 15-12-2016 at 6.30 pm at the residence of Dr. Verupaksha Devaramane. The following EC Members attended.

Dr. Mayya and Dr. Shyamsunder Bhat have obtained leave of absence in advance.
Sri Mahesh Thakur was also present during the meeting along with Environmental Engieer and another official of Udupi Municipality. Dr. Gowri initiated discussion on pending works like Eshwar Nagar Bus Bay, Installation of Eshwar Nagar Layout Map near Bus Bay and Community/Children's Park, Shifting of Electric Poles near Sri Damodar Nayak's House/Regal Hills Partments, Replacement of completely broken concrete slabs over Storm Water Channel at the Junction of 2nd Main Road and 16th Cross Road. Madam requested the Councillor to expedite the work relating to the following newly identified work.

The Councillor assured all the possible help to speed up the process. The Secretary Sri Rajavarma Ariga thanked Dr. Veena and Dr. Devaramane for the nice hospitality not only to the Executive Committee Members, but also to their spouses.

- Widening of KK main road
- Construction of storm water channel on the II main road as well as on all the connecting Cross Roads
- Widening of 2nd cross road in front of Athmi Residency.
- Construction of storm water channel on either side of the III main road
- Shifting of the street light poles to one side of the road
- Construction of storm water channel on 7th Cross Road
- Providing street lights at 6th Cross Road Junction
- Construction of storm water channel on 6th Cross Road Junction.
- Additional Street light in the 5th Cross Road
- Construction of storm water channel on either sides of the Dairy road and provide footpath for the pedestrians to walk safely.
- Speed breakers to be painted with reflective paint.
- Construction of storm water channel on 6th A and 6th B cross roads
- Additional Street light in the 6th Cross Road
- Road hump near Sri Narayana Poojary house.
