The First Meeting of Executive Committee of Eshwar Nagar Residents Association was held at Vigneshwar Sabha Bhavan on 10.2.2018. The following members were present at this meeting:

Dr N. Y Sharma, President of the Association welcomed the participants. He proceeded as per the agenda.
1. Agenda 1: Thanks - He thanked the previous office bearers for carrying the legacy of good traditions of Residents Association. Due to their dedication and commitment, the association was in good shape, he also thanked the new office bearers.
2. Formation of Committees- Various committees had been formed for the accomplishment of objectives of the association. Some of the committees were:
a) Picnic Committee, comprising Sri Harish Kalmadi, Sri Ariga, Sri Srinivasa Poojari
b) Health and Welfare Committee included Dr Arun Mayya and Dr Shamsunder Bhat
c) Swacha Eshwar Nagar Committee included Dr N Y Sharma and Sri HNS Rao
d) Vanamohotsva Committee comprised Sri Srinivasa Rao and Dr. Balachandra.
e) Civic Amenities Committee comprised Dr Gowri, Dr NY Sharma
3. Repair of Road – It was decided to request the Municipality to repair the road. It was decided to have flavour finish roads at lear 500 meters. If Municipality failed to do so, the Association itself decided to repair the road.
4. It was decided to paint the signboards with reflective painting.
5. It was also decided to have rubberized hump near the third cross.
The Secretary of the Association, Mr Hrish Kalmadi thanked the participants.
