ಈಶ್ವರನಗರ ರೆಸಿಡೆನ್ಸಿಯಲ್‌ ವೆಲ್ಪಾರ್‌ ಅಸೋಸಿಯೇಶನ್‌ನ ಸರ್ವ ಸಾಧಾರಣ ಸಭೆ

 

ಈಶ್ವರನಗರ ರೆಸಿಡೆನ್ಸಿಯಲ್‌ ವೆಲ್ಪಾರ್‌ ಅಸೋಸಿಯೇಶನ್‌ನ ಸರ್ವ ಸಾಧಾರಣ ಸಭೆ 26-12-2020ರಂದು ಓನ್‌ಲೈನ್‌ ಮುಖಾಂತರ ಜರಗಿತು. ಕುಮಾರಿ ಶರಣ್ಯ ಅವರ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಆರಂಭವಾದ ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ, ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾದ ಡಾ. ಸುರೇಶರಮಣ ಮಯ್ಯ ಅವರು ಸ್ವಾಗತಿಸಿ, ಕಳೆದ ಸಾಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಅಸೊಸಿಯೇಶನ್‌ ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಂಡ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳ ಬಗೆಗೆ ಬೆಳಕು ಚೆಲ್ಲಿದರು. ನಂತರ ಅಸೋಸಿಯೇಶನ್‌ನ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ ಶ್ರೀ ನಾಗರಾಜ್‌ ಕೆ ಅವರು ಕಳೆದ ಸಾಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಅಸೋಸಿಯೇಶನ್‌ನ ಆಶ್ರಯದಲ್ಲಿಕೈಗೊಂಡ ವಿವಿದ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ವಿವರಿಸಿದರು. ಖಜಾಂಚಿ ಡಾ. ರಾಘವೇಂದ್ರ ಕಾಮತ್‌ ಅವರು 2019-2020ರ ಲೆಕ್ಕ ಪತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಸಭೆಗೆ ಮಂಡಿಸಿ ಸಭೆಯ ಅನುಮತಿ ಪಡೆದರು. ನಂತರ ನಡೆದ ಚರ್ಚೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಶ್ರೀ ರಾಜವರ್ಮ, ಡಾ. ಯಜ್ನೇಶ ಶರ್ಮ, ಡಾ ಬಾಲಚಂದ್ರ, ಡಾ. ಶಿವಪ್ರಸಾದ, ಪ್ರೊ. ಮಾಧವ ಶಾನುಭಾಗ್‌ ವಿವಿಧ ವಿಷಯಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಚರ್ಚಿಸಿದರು. ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಕೌನ್ಸಿಲರ್‌ ಹಾಗೂ ಕಾರ್ಯಕಾರಿ ಸಮಿತಿಯ ಸದಸ್ಯರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಮಂಜುನಾಥ್‌ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಹರಿಸುವಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳ ಬಗೆಗೆ ವಿಷದವಾಗಿ ವಿವರಿಸಿದರು. ಕೊನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಜರಗಿದ ಓನ್‌ಲೈನ್‌ ಮನರಂಜನಾ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಶರಣ್ಯ,  ಪ್ರತೀಕ್‌, ದೀಪಕ್‌, ದೀಪ್ತಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಇತರ ಸದಸ್ಯರ ನೃತ್ಯ ಹಾಗೂ ಹಾಡುಗಳನ್ನು ಬಿತ್ತರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ ಶ್ರೀ ನಾಗರಾಜ್‌ ಕೆ ಅವರಿಂದ ವಂದನಾರ್ಪಣೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ಮುಕ್ತಾಯಗೊಂಡಿತು.

ಈಶ್ವರನಗರ ರೆಸಿಡೆನ್ಸಿಯಲ್‌ ವೆಲ್ಪಾರ್‌ ಅಸೋಸಿಯೇಶನ್‌ನ ಸರ್ವ ಸಾಧಾರಣ ಸಭೆ 26-12-2020ರಂದು ಓನ್‌ಲೈನ್‌ ಮುಖಾಂತರ ಜರಗಿತು. ಕುಮಾರಿ ಶರಣ್ಯ ಅವರ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಆರಂಭವಾದ ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ, ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾದ ಡಾ. ಸುರೇಶರಮಣ ಮಯ್ಯ ಅವರು ಸ್ವಾಗತಿಸಿ, ಕಳೆದ ಸಾಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಅಸೊಸಿಯೇಶನ್‌ ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಂಡ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳ ಬಗೆಗೆ ಬೆಳಕು ಚೆಲ್ಲಿದರು. ನಂತರ ಅಸೋಸಿಯೇಶನ್‌ನ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ ಶ್ರೀ ನಾಗರಾಜ್‌ ಕೆ ಅವರು ಕಳೆದ ಸಾಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಅಸೋಸಿಯೇಶನ್‌ನ ಆಶ್ರಯದಲ್ಲಿಕೈಗೊಂಡ ವಿವಿದ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ಈ ಕೆಳಗೆ ನಮೂದಿಸಿದಂತೆ ವಿವರಿಸಿದರು.

1.     2019ರ ಸಪ್ಟೆಂಬರ್‌ ತಿಂಗಳ 14ನೇ ತಾರೀಕಿನ ಶನಿವಾರದಂದು ನಮ್ಮ ಅಸೋಸಿಯೇಶನ್‌ ಇದರ ಸರ್ವ ಸಾಧಾರಣ ಸಭೆ ವೈಶ್ನವಿ ಹಾಲ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಜರಗಿತು. ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ಹೊಸ ಕಾರ್ಯಕಾರಿ ಸಮಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಆರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.

2.     ಅಕ್ಟೋಬರ್‌ 2,2019ರಂದು ಅಸೋಸಿಯೇಶನ್‌ ಹಾಗೂ ಸ್ನೇಹ ಸಂಗಮ ಮತ್ತು ಇತರ ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಸಂಘಟನೆಗಳ ಆಶ್ರಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಹಾತ್ಮ ಗಾಂಧೀಜಿಯವರ 150ನೇ ಜನ್ಮದಿನಾಚರಣೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಮಾಜಿ ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ಲಾಲ್‌ ಬಹದ್ದೂರ್‌ ಶಾಸ್ತ್ರಿ  ಅವರ 115ನೇ ಜನ್ಮ ದಿನಾಚರಣೆಯನ್ನು ಸ್ವಚ್ಛತಾ ಅಭಿಯಾನದ ಮೂಲಕ ಅದ್ದೂರಿಯಾಗಿ ಆಚರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಸ್ವತಂತ್ರ್ಯ ಹೋರಾಟಗಳ ಜತೆಗೆ ಮಹಾತ್ಮಾಗಾಂಧೀಜಿ ಮತ್ತು ಲಾಲ್‌ ಬಹಾದೂರ್‌ ಶಾಸ್ತ್ರಿ  ತಮ್ಮ ಸುಸಂಸ್ಕ್ರತ ನಡವಳಿಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿತ್ವಗಳಿಂದ ದೇಶದ ಜನರಿಗೆ ಇಂದಗೂ ನಿತ್ಯ ಸಮರಣೀಯರು ಮತ್ತು ಆದರ್ಶಪ್ರಾಯರೂ ಆಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಸಹಕಾರ ಭಾರತಿ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಛ ದಿನೇಶ್‌ ಹೆಗ್ಡೆ ಅತ್ರಾಡಿ ಹೇಳಿದರು. ಡಾ. ಸುರೇಶರಮಣ ಮಯ್ಯರು ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಛತೆ ವಹಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಕಲಾವಿದ ಶ್ರೀನಾಥ್‌ ಮಣಿಪಾಲ ಮತ್ತು ನಗರಸಭಾ ಸದಸ್ಯ ಮಂಜುನಾಥ್‌ ಮಣಿಪಾಲ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ಸಂಯೋಜಿಸಿದರು. ಸ್ನೇಹ ಸಂಗಮ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಛ ಹರೀಶ್‌ ಜಿ. ಕಲ್ಮಾಡಿ, ಎರ್ಲಪ್ಪಾಡಿ ಗ್ರಾಮದ ಯೋಜನಾಆಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿ ಪ್ರಮೀಳಾ ನಾಯಕ್‌, ಡಾ. ಯಜ್ಙೇಶ್‌ ಶರ್ಮ, ನಾಗರಾಜ್‌, ಪ್ರಕಾಶ ಶೈಣೈ, ಬಾಲಕೃಷ್ಣ ಮುದ್ದೋಡಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಇತರರು ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದರು.

3.     ನಮ್ಮ ಅಸೋಸಿಯೇಶನ್‌ ವೈವಿಧ್ಯತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಏಕತೆ – ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ ನಂಬಿಕೆ ಇಟ್ಟ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ. ತಾರೀಕು 9-10-2019ರಲ್ಲಿ ದಾಂಡಿಯಾ ನೃತ್ಯ ವೈಭವ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ನಮ್ಮ ಸದಸ್ಯರಾದ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಮುಕ್ತ ಅವರ ನಿರ್ದೇಶನದಲ್ಲಿ ಜರಗಿಸಿಲಾಯಿತು. ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ Ladies Wingನ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸದಸ್ಯರು ಬಾಗವಹಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಈ ನೃತ್ಯ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ಅಚ್ಚುಕಟ್ಟಾಗಿ ಮೂಡಿಬಂತು.

4.     ನವೆಂಬರ್‌ 3, 2019ರಂದು ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ Executive Committee Meeting ಅದ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾದ ಡಾ. ಮಯ್ಯರ ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಜರಗಿತು. ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ ದಾರಿ ದೀಪ, Rain Water Channel, ಮೆಂಬರ್‌ಶಿಪ್‌ ಪೀ, Health Camp, Sign Boards ಗಳ ಬಗೆಗೆ ಚರ್ಚಿಸಿದ್ದಲ್ಲದೆ, ಹಲವಾರು ಸಮಿತಿಗಳನ್ನು ರಚಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.

5.     29-12-2019ರಂದು ನಮ್ಮ EC Meeting ಶ್ರೀ ಹೆಚ್.‌ ಎನ್‌ ಎಸ್‌ ರಾಯರ ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಜರಗಿತು. Ladies Memberನ್ನು ಸೇರಿಸುವ ಬಗೆಗೆ ಚರ್ಚೆ ನಡೆಯಿತು.

6.     ದಿನಾಂಕ 13 ಜನವರಿ  2020 ರಂದು ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ 9.00 ರಿಂದ ಮದ್ಯಾಹ್ನ 1 ಗಂಟೆಯ ವರೆಗೆ ಮಣಿಪಾಲ ಡಾ. ಟಿಎಂಎ ಪೈ ಕಾಲೇಜಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಮಹಾತ್ಮಗಾಂಧಿ ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಇಂಧನ ಮತ್ತು ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು,  ಭಾರತೀಯ ವಿಕಾಸ ಟ್ರಸ್ಟ್, ಉಡುಪಿ ನಗರಸಭೆ, ಈಶ್ವರನಗರ ರೆಸಿಡೆನ್ಸಿಯಲ್ ವೆಲ್ಫೇರ್ ಅಸೋಸಿಯೇಷನ್ ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ನೇಹಸಂಗಮ ಈಶ್ವರನಗರ ಮಣಿಪಾಲ, ರೊಟರಿ ಕ್ಲಬ್‌ ಉಡುಪಿ ರಾಯಲ್, ರೊಟರಿ ಕ್ಲಬ್ ಉಡುಪಿ ಮಣಿಪಾಲ, ಸಾಹಸ್ ಉಡುಪಿ, ಸಹಕಾರ ಭಾರತಿ ಉಡುಪಿ, ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಸೇವಾ ಯೋಜನೆ  ಹಾಗು ಡಾ. ಟಿಎಂಎ ಪೈ ಪಾಲಿಟೆಕ್ಣಿಕ್ ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ಸಹಯೋಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಳೆ ನೀರು ಕೊಯ್ಲು, ಘನ ತ್ಯಾಜ್ಯ ವಿಲೇವಾರಿ, ಸೌರ ವಿದ್ಯುತ್ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಾರಗಳನ್ನು ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಕಾರ್ಯಾಗಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಿಂದ ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳು ಅಗಮಿಸಿದ್ದು, ಕೌನ್ಸಿಲರ್‌ ಮಂಜುನಾಥ್‌ ನೇತ್ರತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ಜರಗಿತು.

7.     ತಾರೀಕು 13-02-2019ರಂದು, ಈಶ್ವರನಗರ ವಾರ್ಡಿನ ಕೌನ್ಸಿಲರ್‌ ಆಗಿರುವ ಶ್ರೀ ಮಂಜುನಾಥ್‌ ಅವರ ನೇತೃತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ವಚ್ಛತೆಯ ಬಗೆಗೆ ವಿಶೇಷವಾದ ಆಬಿಯಾನವನ್ನು ಆರಂಬಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಅಸೋಸಿಯೇಷನ್‌ ಅದರ ಅದ್ಯಕ್ಚರಾದ ಡಾ. ಸುರೇಶರಮಣ ಮಯ್ಯ ಅವರ ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ Pipe Composting ನ್ನು ಆರಂಬಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಮಾನ್ಯ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಉದ್ಘಾಟಿಸಿದ ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಶ್ವರನಗರದ ಹಲವಾರು ಸದಸ್ಯರು ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದ್ದರು.

8.     ತಾರೀಕು 15-02-2020ರಂದು ಅಸೋಸಿಯೇಶನ್‌ನ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿಯಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ನಾಗರಾಜ್‌ ಕೆ ಅವರ ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಜರಗಿದ ಕಾರ್ಯಕಾರಿ ಸಮಿತಿಯ ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಈಶ್ವರ ನಗರದ ಸ್ವಚ್ಛತೆ, ಶ್ಯಾಮ್‌ ರೆಸಿಡೆನ್ಸಿಯ ಸುತ್ತುಮುತ್ತಲು ಇರುವ ಕಸಗಳನ್ನು ವಿಲೆವಾರಿ ಮಾಡುವ ಬಗೆಗೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಇತರ ವಿಷಯಗಳ ಬಗೆಗೆ ವಿವರವಾಗಿ ಚರ್ಚಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.

9.     ತಾರೀಕು ಅಕ್ಟೋಬರ್‌ 3, 2020ರಂದು ಜರಗಿದ ಈಶ್ವರ ನಗರ ರೆಸಿಡೆನ್ಸಿಯಲ್‌ ವೆಲ್ಪಾರ್‌ ಅಸೋಸಿಯೇಶನ್, ಈಶ್ವರ ನಗರ, ಮಣಿಪಾಲ ಇದರ ಓನ್‌ಲೈನ್‌ Executive Committee Meetingನಲ್ಲಿ ಹಲವಾರು ವಿಷಯಗಳ ಬಗೆಗೆ ಚರ್ಚೆ ನಡೆಸಲಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಈಶ್ವರನಗರ ವಾರ್ಡ್‌ ಇದರ ಕೌನ್ಸಿಲರ್‌ ಶ್ರೀ ಮಂಜುನಾಥ್‌ ಅವರು ಮಾತನಾಡುತ್ತಾ, ಈಶ್ವರನಗರ ವಾರ್ಡಿನ ಸದಸ್ಯರು ಅನುಭವಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ನೀರಿನ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ, ಅದರ ಪರಿಹಾರ, ಸಮಯ, ಮುನಿಸಿಪಾಲಿಟಿಯ ಮುಂದಿನ ಯೋಜನೆ ಬಗೆಗೆ ಬೆಳಕು ಚೆಲ್ಲಿದರು. ಅಲ್ಲದೆ, ಮಾನ್ಯ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು, ಜನಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಮುನಿಸಿಪಾಲಿಟಿ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಜರಗಿದ ಸಭೆ, ಅದರಲಿ ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಈಶ್ವರ ನಗಾರದ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಹರಿಸುವ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡ ಕ್ರಮಗಳ ಬಗೆಗೆ ವಿವರ ನೀಡಿದರು. ಅಲ್ಲದೆ, ದಾರಿ ದೀಪಗಳ ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆ, ಅದರ ಸಮರ್ಪಕ ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆಯನ್ನು ಮಾಡುವ ಮುಂದಿನ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳ ಬಗೆಗೆ ವಿವರಿಸಿದರು. ಹಾಗೇ, ಪ್ರತಿ ಗುರುವಾರ ಈಶ್ವರನಗರದ ವಾರ್ಡಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಆಗುವ Grass Cutting, ಇದರ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮುನಿಸಿಪಾಲಿಟಿ ನೇಮಕ ಮಾಡಿದ 5 ಜನರ ಟೀಮ್‌, ಅದರ ಉಸ್ತುವಾರಿ ಬಗೆಗೆ ಕೈಗೊಂಡ ಕ್ರಮಗಳ ಬಗೆಗೆ ವಿವರ ನೀಡಿದರು. ಮಣಿಪಾಲ-ಈಶ್ವರನಗರ ಬಸ್ಸು ನಿಲ್ದಾಣದಿಂದ ಮಣಿಪಾಲ ಡೇರಿ ರಸ್ತೆಗೆ ಬರಲು ರಸ್ತೆ ದಾಟಲು  ಕಬ್ಬಿಣದ ಕೊಳವೆ ಕಳಚಿ ಅನುಕೂಲತೆ ಒದಗಿಸುವುದು ಒಂದು ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಯಾಗದ್ದು, ಇದರಿಂದ ಹಿರಿಯ ನಾಗರೀಕರಿಗೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಮಹಿಳೆಯರಿಗೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಇದರ ಬಗೆಗೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಕೌನ್ಸಿಲರಿಂದ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ನಿರೀಕ್ಚೆಯಿದೆ.

10.   ನವೆಂಬರ್‌ 2, 2020ರಂದು ಈಶ್ವರನಗರ ನಿವಾಸಿಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಇತರರನ್ನುದ್ದೇಶಿಸಿ ಅಸೋಸಿಯೇಶನ್‌ನ ಹಿರಿಯ ಸದಸ್ಯರೂ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಲಹೆಗಾರರಾದ ಡಾ. ಗೌರಿ ಹೆಚ್.ಜೆ, ಕೋವಿಡ್‌ -19: Myths and Facts ಎಂಬ ವಷಯದ ಕುರಿತು ವಿಷದವಾಗಿ ಬೆಳಕು ಚೆಲ್ಲಿದರು. ಡಾ. ಶೋಭಾ ಕಾಮತ್‌ ಅವರು ಡಾ. ಗೌರಿಯವರನ್ನು ಪರಿಚಯಿಸಿದರೆ, ಅಸೋಸಿಯೇ಼ಷನ್‌ ಕಾರ್ಯದೃಶಿಯಾಗಿರುವ ಶ್ರೀ ನಾಗರಾಜ್‌ ವಂದಿಸಿದರು. ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವು ಅಚ್ಚುಕಟ್ಟಾಗಿ ಮೂಡಿ ಬಂತು. ಉಡುಪಿ-ಮಣಿಪಾಲ ರೋಟರಿಯ ಹಲವಾರು ಮಂದಿ ಗಣ್ಯ ಸದಸ್ಯರು ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದ್ದು, ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಕ್ಕೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಮೆರುಗನ್ನು ನೀಡಿತ್ತು.

11.  ತಾರೀಕು 23-11-2020ರಂದು ಅಸೋಸಿಯೇಶನ್‌ ಇದರ ಹಿರಿಯ ಸದಸ್ಯರಾದ ಶ್ರಿ ರಾಜವರ್ಮ ಅರಿಗರಿಂದ ಹಾಗು ಉಡುಪಿಯ ಯುಟಿಐ ಮ್ಯೂಚವಲ್‌ ಪಂಡ್ ಇದರ  Consultant ಆಗಿರುವ ಶ್ರೀ ವಾಲ್ಟರ್‌ Cyril Pinto ಅವರಿಂದ “Financial Awareness ಎಂಬ ವಿಷಯದ ಬಗೆಗೆ ವಿಶೇಷ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ಜರಗಿತು.

12.   ತಾರೀಕು 20-12-2020ರಂದು  ಜರಗಿದ ವಿಷೇಶವಾದ ಸ್ವಚ್ಛತಾ ಅಭೀಯಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಲವಾರು ಸದಸ್ಯರು ಬಾಗವಹಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಅಂದು ಕುಡಿದು ಎಸೆದು ಹೋದ ಸುಮಾರು 500 ಬಾಟಲಿಗಳನ್ನು ಹೆಕ್ಕಿ ಸಂಗ್ರಹಿಸಿ ವಲೇವಾರಿ ಮಾಡುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಸ್ವಚ್ಛತಾ ಅಭಿಯಾನ ನಡೆಯಿತು.  ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾಧವ ರಾವ್‌ ಶ್ಯಾನಭಾಗ್‌, ರಾಜವರ್ಮ ಅರಿಗ, ಡಾ. ಬಾಲಚಂದ್ರ, ಪ್ರಕಾಶ ಶ್ಯೆಣ್ಯೆ, ಡಾ ಲಾವಣ್ಯ, ಡಾ. ವಿರೂಪಾಕ್ಚ ದೇವರಮನೆ, ಡಾ. ವೀಣಾ, ಜಾನ್‌ ಪಿಲಿಪ್‌ ಹಾಗೂ ಮಂಜುನಾಥ ಮತ್ತು ಇತರರು ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದ್ದರು.

ಇದು ಕೋವಿಡ್-‌19ರ ನಡುವೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಅಸ್ತಿತ್ವವನ್ನು ಮುಂದುವರಿಸುವ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನ. ನಿರೀಕ್ಷಿಸಿದ ಮಟ್ಟಕ್ಕೆ ತಲಪಲಾಗಲಿಲ್ಲ.

ಖಜಾಂಚಿ ಡಾ. ರಾಘವೇಂದ್ರ ಕಾಮತ್‌ ಅವರು 2019-2020ರ ಲೆಕ್ಕ ಪತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಸಭೆಗೆ ಮಂಡಿಸಿ ಸಭೆಯ ಅನುಮತಿ ಪಡೆದರು. ನಂತರ ನಡೆದ ಚರ್ಚೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಶ್ರೀ ರಾಜವರ್ಮ, ಡಾ. ಯಜ್ನೇಶ ಶರ್ಮ, ಡಾ ಬಾಲಚಂದ್ರ, ಡಾ. ಶಿವಪ್ರಸಾದ, ಪ್ರೊ. ಮಾಧವ ಶಾನುಭಾಗ್‌ ವಿವಿಧ ವಿಷಯಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಚರ್ಚಿಸಿದರು. ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಕೌನ್ಸಿಲರ್‌ ಹಾಗೂ ಕಾರ್ಯಕಾರಿ ಸಮಿತಿಯ ಸದಸ್ಯರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಮಂಜುನಾಥ್‌ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಹರಿಸುವಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳ ಬಗೆಗೆ ವಿಷದವಾಗಿ ವಿವರಿಸಿದರು. ಕೊನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಜರಗಿದ ಓನ್‌ಲೈನ್‌ ಮನರಂಜನಾ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಶರಣ್ಯ,  ಪ್ರತೀಕ್‌, ದೀಪಕ್‌, ದೀಪ್ತಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಇತರ ಸದಸ್ಯರ ನೃತ್ಯ ಹಾಗೂ ಹಾಡುಗಳನ್ನು ಬಿತ್ತರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ ಶ್ರೀ ನಾಗರಾಜ್‌ ಕೆ ಅವರಿಂದ ವಂದನಾರ್ಪಣೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ಮುಕ್ತಾಯಗೊಂಡಿತು.

An educative session on, “COVID-19 – 19: Myths and Facts” was held online by the Eshwarnagar Residents' Welfare Association. The session was conducted in 2^nd December 2020. Dr. Gowri HJ, Consultant Paediatrician,   Sonia Clinic, Manipal. Dr. Shobha Kamath, Member of Eshwar Nagar Residents’ Welfare Association introduced Dr. Gowri to the members. Dr. Sureshramana Mayya, President of the Association welcomed the Resource Person and other members of the Association. Mr. Nagaraj, Secretary of the Association proposed a vote of thanks. Shri Rajvarma Ariga provided logistic support to the Webinar.

Minutes of online EC Meeting held on 17^th  October 2020

The Executive Committee Meeting of Eshwar Nagar Residents’ Welfare Association was held on 17^th  October 2020, virtually through Zoom Platform. The following EC Members attended the meeting.

Dr. Mayya, the President of the Association welcomed the Executive Committee members and appraised about the proceedings of EC Meeting held on 3^rd October 2020. He continued about his discussion with DR about the holding of Annual General Body Meeting.

In the New Normal of COVID-19, social distancing is the key consideration for all public gathering. The AGM of Eshwar Nagar Residents’ Welfare Association is approaching, and several Executive Committee members and Senior Advisors are already asking the question – How do we do it this year? Considering the majority of professional meetings have already shifted to cyber platforms, online AGM seems to be inevitable natural progression. As some of the EC Members suggested, we wanted to hold the Annual General Body Meeting at our usual place at Eshwar Nagar, but we will violate the Government Norms if we invite all the members and we cannot hold the meeting with less than 50 people. We do not know when the spread of the COVID-19 will come under control and cannot hold the meeting till then.

Accordingly, I approached the DR of Societies on 07-10-2020, he agreed and gave consent to hold online meetings including AGM. He also informed that the last date for conducting the Annual General Body Meetings of the Societies and Residential Associations has already extended to December 31^st. The imperatives are:

1.      Complete the Accounting formalities as usual.

2.      AGM Notice will be sent online, a video conferencing tool will be utilized, minutes of the Meetings will be recorded and distributed to the members and uploaded into the websites or blog of the Association.

3.      Notice may include Zoom Registration Procedure.

4.      If it is convenient, send online invitation to your Auditor, so that  he could also attend from the safety his home or office.

5.      On the AGM date, send SMS reminder to all the members along with the link to join the online meeting.

6.      Resolution to be passed after discussion by voting.

7.      Voting by show of hands over the Zoom Meeting.

8.       It is preferable to hold online meeting during November so that all the documentary evidences, CD or Pen drive of meeting recording and audited statements of accounts, copy of the notice sent online can be submitted in time to DR office at Manipal.

Dr. Yagnesh Sharma stressed that a small committee consisting of President, himself and Counsellor Sri Manjunath may conduct a survey at a convenient day to estimate the requirements and cost of sign boards. If necessary, photos can be taken. As it is localised issue, Dr. Sharma urged to solve with the funds available at the Association. If necessary, donations, personal contributions may be made to set it right. The Counsellor agreed to this and agreed to discuss with MLA to speed up the process within 10 days.  He suggested to have a discussion with sitting MLA about the other issues.

Dr. Sharma also suggested to credit the membership fees through IMPS, that is more ethical and justifiable, he also suggested to fix the date of AGM on third week of November, members suggested to fix the date on 21^st of November 2020.

Dr. Raghavendra Kamath agreed to finalize the Accounts during the first week of November, 2020. The Secretary also suggested to collect the fees through the Executive Committee Members, all the members agreed about it. He expressed his apprehension of not having IMPS by many members, hence he suggested to collect the membership directly The members also suggested to send the minutes of the meeting to all the available list of members.

Sri Ariga suggested to have socially useful discussions through online platform, lecture by Doctors, Dr. Sharma suggested to have sessions on financial literacy programs. Sri Ariga also suggested to have recorded online entertainment programs, the necessary intimation can be initiated during this month itself. This will help to overcome monotony, singing, skits, dance – variety entertainment programs can be recorded and screen sharing can be done before and after the AGM, all agreed to have this. As the rain is still continuing, the Counsellor can take up the leadership in distributing saplings once again, Dr. Sharma suggested.

The Secretary of the Association, Mr. Nagaraj thanked the participants for active participation of all the members. He thanked all the senior members, members, Counsellor for active participation.
