NOTICE OF EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the next Executive Committee
Meeting of the ESHWARNAGAR RESIDENTS WELFARE ASSOCIATION, MANIPAL-576104, will
be held on 11-03-2023 [Saturday] at 7:00 PM. The meeting will be held at Mr.
Rajavarma Ariga’s residence, “Sriraksha”, 2nd Cross Road, EshwarNagar,
Manipal-576104.
AGENDA
- Report on activities held after
last ECM- by Secretary.
- Matters related to dues are pending
after the revision of the master list of members. Submission of the consolidated
list by the secretary and decision thereof for collection drive.
- The matter relating to road sign
boards and other pending issues.
- The matter relating to Community
Park- next course of action to be taken.
- The matter relating to Association
newsletter.
- To decide and fix the date, time
and venue for the next ECM.
- Any other matter with the
permission of the chair.
All Executive Committee Members are requested to attend the
meeting in person.
Members are advised to keep themselves updated about the
agenda items and come prepared for the meeting.
