Dear Members,
We cordially invite you to attend the forthcoming Executive Committee Meeting (ECM). The meeting is scheduled to be held at the mentioned time, date, and location. Below is the agenda for the meeting:
Review and approval of minutes from previous ECM (No.10 held on April 29, 2023). Feedback from members is welcomed.
Report on activities conducted since the last ECM to be presented by the Secretary.
Consideration and decision on the latest pending dues list, including the potential write-off of uncollectable dues of Rs. 1,200 from one member.
Discussion on Mr. Sanjay Nayak's outstanding membership dues (Rs. 3,200) and consideration of his removal from the Master list of members. Update from Mr. Srinivas Rao K. is expected on this matter.
Correspondence relating to the Community Park - draft of a letter to be sent to the Councillor, with a copy to DC, to be discussed.
Proposal for the formation of a core committee for the upcoming elections of office bearers for the next term of the association.
Scheduling of the subsequent ECM - decision on the date, time, and venue.
Discussion of other matters, subject to the chair's permission.
Review of the Borewell/Open well recharging plan.
Proposal for a letter to UCMC requesting the installation of road humps within the colony.
