The Executive Committee Meeting was held at the residence Prof. HKV Rao on 2 May 2018. The following members were present at the Meeting.

Dr N. Y Sharma, President of the Association welcomed the participants. He proceeded as per the agenda. As per prior intimation, Sri Promod Madharaj visited the venue of Meeting and solicited votes in favour of Congress Party. Later President initiated discussion as per the agenda points.
