3.      Report on activities held after last ECM- by Secretary.

4.      Matter to relating to roadside signboards and request letter given to UCMC.

5.      The matter related to the Membership Drive.

6.      The matter relating to pending dues collection from existing members- briefing by the

7.      Treasurer Mr. Nagaraj K.

8.      To decide and fix the date, time and venue for the next ECM.

9.      Any other matter with the permission of the chair.
