Details

1. CA Dinkar Shetty, the President of the Association, welcomed the members present at the Meeting.
2.  The Secretary, Mr. Prakash Shenoy read out the proceedings of the AGM  held on 23^rd October 2021 at the Meeting Hall of Sri Babbuswami Temple at Manipal, and the same was approved.
3. The Secretary also read out the minutes of the EC Meeting held on 26^th October 2021 at the residence of CA Dinakar Shetty. The members approved the minutes of the Meeting.
4. Mr. Prakash Shenoy, the Secretary, dwelt in detail the activities carried out after the EC Meeting held on 26^th October 2021, which are as follows:
5. The clean India programme was carried out on 30th October 2021  as per the discussion held at EC Meeting held on 26^th October 2021. The EC members permitted the Association to bear the cost of refreshments to the extent of Rs. 4,000, out of a total cost of Rs. 7,000. The remaining amount of Rs. Udupi City Municipality bore 3,000. The program was held successively from 9 am to 2 pm, deploying six grass cutting machines and 25 Udupi City Municipality staff. Volunteers of ERWA also actively participated in cleaning activities.
6. The inauguration programme was held at 9 am, presided by Ms Sumithra Nayak, the President of UCMC, Dr. Udayakumar Shetty, Commissioner of UCMC was also present on this occasion. ERWA submitted an appeal to the UCMC requesting to solve long pending demands. The appeal covered many issues like – broken/faded road sign boards, lack bus shelter, stormwater, trench deficiencies and highway divider issues.
7. The touching of branches of the tree to the electric poles and consequent power disruptions and electrocution issues was being reported several times to MESCOM as, and when complaints were received in the group, the ERWA would like to conduct a detailed survey and mapping to reduce this problem.
8. d.      Like all other wards of Udupi, the menace related to stray dogs is still continuing and no concrete solution is worked out. The ERWA is will work out a concrete solution in the days to come. It is being observed that the problem of stray dogs can be controlled  to a great extent by enforcing pet control laws, neuter and vaccinate pets, eliminate straying dogs and also it can be reduced if proper containment and disposal of garbage through the Municipal system is done by the residents and student community residing in rental houses and apartments.
9.  The renewal of the registration of ERWA for the year 2021-22 has been complied and a necessary renewal certificate has been obtained from the Sub-Registrar of Societies, DC Office. The necessary fee of Rs. 800 has been paid to the Government.
10. To follow up the letter submitted to Mrs. Sumithra Nayak, President of Udupi City Municipality, it was planned to visit her once again with a revised letter incorporating the signboard details. In this connection, Mr. Manjunath, our Councillor, has been assigned to coordinate the visit during next week. The Secretary of the ERWA presented a detailed map of damaged signboards, the survey report,  the total number of signboards required, and the exact location. He informed the members that fifteen boards were missing, 26 boards required repainting.
11. In connection with the membership drive, it was suggested by Sri Srinivas Rao, our Advisor, that efforts must be made to meet our existing members whose membership dues are pending and request them to pay the arrears. The membership drive may be started next week, and 3 and 4 members could form groups and motivate old existing members. It was also suggested that Mr. Rajavarma Ariga and Sri Srinivasa Rao be involved in the membership drive group due to their knowledge of many older people residing in the locality. It was also suggested to take up the issue of identifying new members after settling the old membership issues.
12. The Treasurer of the Association, Mr. Nagaraj K briefed on the fund position. All the expenses made after the last EC Meeting had been approved.
13.  It was decided that the next EC Meeting be scheduled on 6^th or 13^th February 2022. Dr. Balachandra Muniyal, EC Member, volunteered to host next Meeting at his residence.
14. It was also decided to have refreshments at the beginning of the Meeting as it would cause inconvenience if we order refreshments at the end of the Meeting as the end of Meeting cannot be predicted. Even some members may leave the Meeting early; they miss the refreshments. If the members volunteer to give dinner, it may be served at the end of the Meeting.
15. Mr. Prakash Shenoy, the Secretary of the Association, proposed a vote of thanks to the host, the President, for providing lovely refreshments and hospitality, for the outstanding contribution of all the members.

 Dear Members,

Our Association's next regular Executive Committee (EC) meeting is scheduled for 26-12-2021 (Sunday) at 7 pm. The meeting will be held at ERWA President CA Dinakar Shetty's residence.

We extend a special invitation to our respected honorary members to attend and help us strengthen our Association. To ensure that the meeting is more purposeful and productive, we kindly request all members to send important points to be covered in the Agenda of the EC meeting.

The draft agenda for the meeting is as follows:

1.    Approval of minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on 26-10-2021, and feedback from members.

2.    Review of minutes of the previous EC meeting held on 26-10-2021.

3.    Report by the Secretary on the activities held since the last EC meeting, and feedback from members for future improvements.

4.    Discussion on matters relating to roadside signboards and the request letter given to UCMC.

5.    Discussion on matters related to membership drive and procedures, including the approval of the admission of Mr. Pramod K. as a new member.

6.    Briefing on the current fund position by the treasurer, and approval of expenses made after the 1st EC meeting.

7.    Collection of pending signatures on the executive member's chart.

8.    Discussion on matters relating to new signatories for the bank account operating.

9.    Deciding and fixing the date, time, and venue for the next EC meeting.

10. Discussion on matters related to future activities.

11. Discussion on matters related to the Newsletter.

12. Discussion on matters related to common utilities such as electricity, street lights, stormwater, garbage disposal, water supply, safety, empty plot nuisance, etc.

13. Any other matter with the permission of the chair.

Appeal to resolve long pending demands: submitted to Udupi City Municipality President on 30th October 2021

 ಮಾನ್ಯ ಸದಸ್ಯರೇ,

ಇವತ್ತು ನಮ್ಮ ಈಶ್ವರ ನಗರದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ಸ್ವಚ್ಚ ಭಾರತ ಅಭಿಯಾನವು ಎಲ್ಲರ ಸಹಕಾರದಿಂದ ಬಹಳ ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಗಿ  ನಡೆಯಿತು.

ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಕ್ಕೆ ಅತಿಥಿ ಗಳಾಗಿ ಬಂದು ನಮ್ಮನ್ನೆಲ್ಲ ಹುರಿದುಂಬಿಸಿದ ನಗರಸಭಾ ಪೌರಾಯುಕ್ತರಾದ ಡಾ. ಉದಯ ಶೆಟ್ಟಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾದ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ. ಸುಮಿತ್ರಾ ಆರ್. ನಾಯಕ್ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಕೃತಜ್ಞತೆಗಳು. ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ನಮ್ಮ ವಾರ್ಡಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಯಸಲು ನಾಯಕತ್ವ ಹಾಗೂ ಮುತುವರ್ಜಿ ವಹಿಸಿ ಸ್ವತಃ ನಿಂತು  ಸಾಂಗವಾಗಿ ನಡೆಸಿ ಕೊಟ್ಟ ನಮ್ಮ ವಾರ್ಡಿನ ಕೌಂಸಿಲರ್ ಆದ ಶ್ರೀ. ಮಂಜುನಾಥ್ ಅವರಿಗೆ, ERWA ನ ಎಲ್ಲ ಪದಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಹಕರಿಸಿದ ಎಲ್ಲ ನಿವಾಸಿಗಳಿಗೆ, ನಗರಸಭೆಯ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸಿಬಂದಿ ವರ್ಗದವರಿಗೆ ನಮ್ಮ ವಾರ್ಡಿನ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ನಾಗರಿಕರ ಪರವಾಗಿ ನಾನು ERWA ಯ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷೀಯ ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನನ್ನ ಹೃತ್ಪೂರ್ವಕ ಧನ್ಯವಾದವನ್ನು ಸಮರ್ಪಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ. ಇವತ್ತಿನ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ನಿಮ್ನ ಅನಿಸಿಕೆಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಇಂಥಹ ಮುಂದಿನ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಲಹೆ ಸೂಚನೆಗಳು ಏನಾದರೂ ಇದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಗ್ರೂಪಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಪೋಸ್ಟ್ ಮಾಡಬೇಕಾಗಿ ವಿನಂತಿ.

ತಮ್ಮೆಲ್ಲರ ಸಹಕಾರದಿಂದ ಮುಂದಿನ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಇಂಥಹ ಇನ್ನೂ ಹಲವು ಸಮಾಜಮುಖಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳು ನಮ್ಮ ಈಶ್ವರ ನಗರದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಯಲಿ ಎಂದು ಆಶಿಸಿ ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ನೀವೆಲ್ಲರೂ  ಇದೇ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಹಕಾರ ನೀಡಬೇಕಾಗಿ ವಿನಂತಿಸುತ್ತೆನೆ. ಧನ್ಯವಾದಗಳು.

ಈಶ್ವರನಗರ ರೆಸಿಡೆನ್ಶಿಯಲ್ ವೆಲ್ಫೇರ್ ಅಸೋಸಿಯೇಷನ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಉಡುಪಿ ನಗರ ಸಭಾ ವತಿಯಿಂದ ಸ್ವಚ್ಛ ಬಾರತ ಅಭಿಯಾನ

 ಆತ್ಮೀಯರೇ

ಉಡುಪಿ ನಗರಸಭೆ ಆಯೋಜಿಸಿರುವ 15 ದಿನಗಳ ಸ್ವಚ್ಛ ಭಾರತ ಅಭಿಯಾನದ ಅಂಗವಾಗಿ ಈಶ್ವರ ನಗರ ವಾರ್ಡ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ದಿನಾಂಕ 30.10.2021 ರಂದು ಸ್ವಚ್ಛತಾ ಅಭಿಯಾನವನ್ನು ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಆ ದಿನ ನಗರಸಭೆಯ ಸ್ವಚ್ಚತಾ ಯಂತ್ರೋಪಕರಣಗಳ ಸಹಿತ ಸ್ವಚ್ಚತಾ ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕರು ವಾರ್ಡ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ 7 ಗಂಟೆಯಿಂದ ಮದ್ಯಾಹ್ನ 2 ಗಂಟೆಯವರೆಗೆ ಸ್ವಚ್ಚತಾ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅಭಿಯಾನದ ಪ್ರಥಮ ಹಂತವಾಗಿ ಈಶ್ವರನಗರ ಮುಖ್ಯ ರಸ್ತೆಗಳು (MAIN, 1ST, 2ND, 3RD), ಮತ್ತು ಒಂದನೇ ಅಡ್ಡ ರಸ್ತೆಯಿಂದ 21 ನೇ ಅಡ್ಡ ರಸ್ತೆಗಳವರೆಗಿನ ಭಾಗಗಳನ್ನು ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಿ ಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಮುಂದಿನ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಅಭಿಯಾನವನ್ನು ನಮ್ಮ ವಾರ್ಡ್ ನ ಇತರ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳಿಗೆ ವಿಸ್ತರಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.  

ಈ ಅಭಿಯಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಮುಖವಾಗಿ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಪಾಲ್ಗೊಳ್ಳುವಿಕೆಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಮಹತ್ವ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಈಶ್ವರನಗರ ರೆಸಿಡೆನ್ಶಿಯಲ್ ವೆಲ್ ಫೇರ್ ಅಸೋಸಿಯೇಷನ್ ಈ ಸ್ವಚ್ಛತಾ ಅಭಿಯಾನದ ನೇತ್ರತ್ವ ವಹಿಸಿ ಕೊಳ್ಳಲಿದೆ. ಆ ದಿನ ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ 6.45 ಗಂಟೆಗೆ ಈಶ್ವರನಗರ ಮುಖ್ಯ ವೃತ್ತದಲ್ಲಿ ಹದಿನೈದು ನಿಮಿಷಗಳ ಉದ್ಘಾಟನಾ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಬಳಿಕ ಈ ಅಭಿಯಾನಕ್ಕೆ ಚಾಲನೆ ದೊರೆಯಲಿದೆ. ಮೇಲೆ ಸೂಚಿಸಲಾದ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಎಲ್ಲ ನಾಗರಿಕರು ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿ ಬಳಿಕ ಒಂದು ಗಂಟೆಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಸ್ವಚ್ಛತಾ ಅಭಿಯಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ತೊಡಗಿ ಕೊಳ್ಳ ಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ವಿನಯಪೂರ್ವಕ ಕೋರಿಕೆ. ಸ್ವಚ್ಛತಾ ಪರಿಕರಗಳ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಗಳಿವೆ.

ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ ನಡೆಯುವ ಉದ್ಘಾಟನಾ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ನಗರಸಭೆಯ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಶರಾದ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಸುಮಿತ್ರಾ ಆರ್ ನಾಯಕ್, ಪೌರಾಯುಕ್ತರಾದ ಡಾ. ಉದಯ ಶೆಟ್ಟಿ, ಮತ್ತು ನಗರಸಭೆಯ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ದಯವಿಟ್ಟು ನಾಗರಿಕರು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿ ಅಭಿಯಾನವನ್ನು ಯಶಸ್ವೀ ಗೊಳಿಸಬೇಕಾಗಿ ವಿನಂತಿ.

Meeting minutes of the ERWA Clean India program planning meeting held at CA. Dinakar Shetty's house on 30-10-2021 at 6 pm:

Agenda:

1. Manjunath proposed the Clean India program on 30-10-2021 at Eshwarnagar, emphasizing maximum public participation.
2. UCMC will provide 6 grass cutting machines with operators and 12 labourers to assist grass piling and waste packing, with about 25 members on site.
3. A brief (15 minutes max) inaugural program at 7 am, likely to be attended by the Municipal Councillor and local MLA Raghupathi Bhat.
4. Simultaneous grass cutting and waste picking activities will take place at the pre-identified mains and crosses of the ward.
5. EWRA to bear the cost of tea and refreshments at 10:30 am and lunch at 2 pm for the UCMC staff on site.
6. The program will end at the Narasinge Circle in front of Auto Bar at 2 pm.
7. ERWA Executive Committee members will survey and identify potential grass cutting areas and guide the grass cutting machine operators.
8. ERWA to inform its members well in advance and ensure maximum resident participation.

Other matters discussed:

1. Identify stormwater problem areas and report to the councillor in the next meeting.
2. Survey and report areas where tree branches touch electrical wires/cables.
3. Study areas affected by dog nuisance related to waste disposal and report in the next meeting.
4. Check and record all pole numbers with streetlights and report to MESCOM.
5. Prepare a cost estimate for rectifying signboards and painting and put it up in the next EC meeting.
6. Arrange for Health Camps in the future.
7. Conduct door-to-door surveys and convince residents to become members of the Association in groups of 3-4 members. All suggestions will be discussed and decided upon at the next EC meeting

ಈಶ್ವರನಗರ: ಓಕ್ಟೋಬರ್‌ 23 ರಂದು ಸಂಜೆ ಈಶ್ವರನಗರ ರೆಸಿಡೆನ್ಸಿಯಲ್‌ ಅಸೋಸಿಯೇಶನ್‌ ಇದರ 15 ನೇ ಸರ್ವ ಸಾಧಾರಣ ಸಭೆ ಮಣಿಪಾಲದ ಬಬ್ಬು ಸ್ವಾಮಿ ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನದ ಸಭಾ ಭವನದಲ್ಲಿ ತಾರೀಕು 23-10-2021ರಂದು ಜರಗಿತು. ಪ್ರಾರಂಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಘದ ನಿಕಟಪೂರ್ವ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾದ ಡಾ. ಸುರೇಶರಮಣ ಮಯ್ಯ ಅವರು ಸ್ವಾಗತಿಸಿ, ಕಳೆದ ಸಾಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಅಸೋಸಿಯೇಶನ್‌ ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಂಡ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳ ಬಗೆಗೆ ಬೆಳಕು ಚೆಲ್ಲಿದರು. ನಂತರ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿಯಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ನಾಗರಾಜ ಕೆ ಅವರು ಅಸೋಸಿಯೇಶನ್‌ನ ವಿಸೃತ ವರದಿಯನ್ನು ಮಂಡಿಸಿದರು. ಸಂಘದ ಖಜಾಂಚಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದ ಡಾ. ರಾಘವೇಂದ್ರ ಕಾಮತ್‌ ಕಳೆದ ಸಾಲಿನ ಲೆಕ್ಕಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಮಂಡಿಸಿ ಸದಸ್ಯರ ಅನುಮೋದನೆಯನ್ನು ಪಡೆದರು. ನಂತರ ಚುನಾವಣಾಧಿಕಾರಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದ ಪ್ರೊ. ಹೆಚ್‌ಕೆವಿ ರಾವ್‌ ನೇತೃತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ನೂತನ ಪಧಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳನ್ನು ಅವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಯಿತು. ಸಿ.ಎ. ದಿನಕರ ಶೆಟ್ಟಿ. ಕೆ ಅವರು ಅಸೋಸಿಯೇಶನ್‌ನ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾಗಿ, ಶ್ರೀ. ಪ್ರಕಾಶ ಶೆಣೈ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿಗಳಾಗಿ, ಡಾ. ಶುಭ ಹೆಚ್‌ ಎನ್‌ ಎಸ್‌ ರಾವ್‌ ಜತೆ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿಗಳಾಗಿ, ಶ್ರೀ ರಾಜವರ್ಮ ಅರಿಗರು ಉಪಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾಗಿ, ಶ್ರೀ ನಾಗರಾಜ್‌ ಕೆ ಅವರು ಖಜಾಂಚಿಯಾಗಿ ಅವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾದರು. ಕಾರ್ಯಕಾರಿ ಸಮಿತಿಯ ಸದಸ್ಯರಾಗಿ ಡಾ ಯಜ್ನೇಶ್‌ ಶರ್ಮ, ಡಾ. ಬಾಲಚಂದ್ರ ಮುನಿಯಾಲ್‌, ಡಾ ಸುರೇಶರಮಣ ಮಯ್ಯ, ಡಾ ಶ್ಯಾಮಸುಂದರ್‌ ಭಟ್‌, ಹರೀಶ್‌ ಜಿ ಕಲ್ಮಾಡಿ, ಶ್ರೀ ಶೇಕ್‌ ನುರುಲ್ಲ, ಶ್ರೀ ರಾಜಕುಮಾರ್‌ ಮಸ್ಕರೇನಸ್‌, ಶ್ರೀ ಗಣಪತಿ ಕಾಮತ್‌, ಶ್ರೀ ಶ್ರೀನಿವಾಸ ಪೂಜಾರಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಡಾ. ಅರುಣ ಮಯ್ಯ ಅವರನ್ನು ಅವರೋಧವಾಗಿ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಯಿತು. ಅಲ್ಲದೆ ಖಾಯಂ ಸದಸ್ಯರಾಗಿ, ಕೌನ್ಸಿಲರ್‌ ಆಗಿರುವ  ಶ್ರೀ ಮಂಜುನಾಥ ಅವರನ್ನು ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಯಿತು. ಶ್ರೀ ಶ್ರೀನಿವಾಸ ರಾವ್‌, ಡಾ. ಹೆಚ್. ಗೌರಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಪ್ರೊ ಹೆಚ್ ಕೆ ವಿ ರಾವ್‌ ಅವರನ್ನು ಸಲಹಾ ಸಮಿತಿಗೆ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಯಿತು.

ಹೊಸದಾಗಿ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಆದ ಸಿ ಎ. ದಿನಕರ ಶೆಟ್ಟಿ ಮಾತನಾಡುತ್ತಾ, “ಇದು ಸುಮಾರು 15 ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಹಿನ್ನಲೆ ಇರುವ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ. ಇಂತಹ ಓಂದು ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ ಸುಮಾರು ಹದಿನ್ಯೆದು ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಅಸ್ಥಿತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ಇರುವುದೇ ಒಂದು ಸಾಧನೆ. ಹಿಂದೆ ತಿರುಗಿ ನೋಡಿದಾಗ ಈ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ ಈ ಪ್ರದೇಶದ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಪಾತ್ರ ವಹಿಸಿದೆ. ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ವಚ್ಛತೆಯ ಪರಿಕಲ್ಪನೆಯನ್ನು ಉಂಟು ಮಾಡುವಲ್ಲಿ, ಮಳೆ ನೀರು ಹರಿದು ಹೋಗಲು ಕಾಲುವೆಗಳನ್ನು ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುವಲ್ಲಿ, ಈ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಕೆಲಸಗಳನ್ನು ಕ್ಲಪ್ತ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಗಿಸುವಲ್ಲಿ, ಮಾರ್ಗದ ಡಾಮರೀಕರಣ ಕೆಲಸಗಳಿರಲಿ, ದಾರಿ ದೀಪದ ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆ, ಹೀಗೆ ಸಾಮೂಹಿಕ ಹಿತರಕ್ಷಣೆಯ ಯಾವುದೇ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳಿರಲಿ, ಈ ಈಶ್ವರನಗರ ರೆಸಿಡೆನ್ಸಿಯಲ್‌ ವೆಲ್ಪಾರ್‌ ಅಸೋಸಿಯೇಶನ್‌ ತನ್ನ ಚೌಕಟ್ಟಿನೊಳಗೆ ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಕೌನ್ಸಿಲರ್‌ ಅವರನ್ನು ವಿಶ್ವಾಸಕ್ಕೆ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಪ್ರಾಮಾಣಿಕವಾದ ಸೇವೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲು ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಅಲ್ಲದೆ ಕೊರೊನಾ 19 ಸ್ಪೋಟವಾಗುವ ಮೊದಲಿನ ಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಪರಸ್ಪರ ಇಲ್ಲಿಯ ಸ್ಥಳೀಯರನ್ನು ಬೆಸೆಯುವ ಸಾಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕ ಕೊಂಡಿಯಾಗಿಯೂ ಕಾರ್ಯ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುವುದನ್ನು ನಾನು ಈ ಹಿಂದೆ ಕಾರ್ಯಕಾರಿ ಸಮಿತಿಯ ಸದಸ್ಯನಾಗಿದ್ದುಕೊಂಡು ನೋಡಿದ್ದೆ. ನಾವೆಲ್ಲ ಒಟ್ಟು ಸೇರಿ ಈ ಪ್ರದೇಶದ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ದಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಾಮಾಣಿಕ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸೋಣ. ಈ ದಿಸೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸಲಹೆ, ಸಹಕಾರ, ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಕೌನ್ಸಿಲರ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನ ಅಗತ್ಯ.

ಶ್ರೀ ಹರೀಶ್‌ ಕಲ್ಮಾಡಿ ಅವರು ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ಸಂಯೋಜಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಸುಮಾ ನಾಯಕ್‌ ಹಾಗೂ ನಾಗರಾಜ ಕೆ ಅವರು ಹೊಸ ಸದಸ್ಯರನನು ಸಭೆಗೆ ಪರಿಚಯಿಸಿದರು. ಯಜ್ನೇಶ್‌ ಶರ್ಮ ಅವರು ನೂತನ ಅದ್ಯಕ್ಷರನ್ನು ಪರಿಚಯಿಸಿದರು. ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಕೌನ್ಸಿಲರ್‌ ಆದ ಶ್ರೀ ಮಂಜುನಾಥ ಅವರು ವಿವರವಾಗಿ ಮಾತನಾಡುತ್ತಾ, ಸದಸ್ಯರ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಉತ್ತರಿಸಿದರು. ಶ್ರೀ ಪ್ರಕಾಶ್‌ ಶೆಣ್ಯೆ ವಂದಿಸಿದರು.
